The Lebanon Rural Fire Protection District is committed to having well-trained and prepared personnel. The department requires all firefighters to complete Basic Fire course and Medical First Responder course within the first six months of employment. The costs of these courses will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the course. Training Requirements

Admission Requirements

  • Are 18 years of age

  • Currently possess or are seeking a High School diploma or equivalent

  • Have not been convicted of, plead guilty to, or had a judical finding of guilt for a felony

  • Current Missouri Drivers License

  • Live within the District (including the city of Lebanon)
